students and bearing witness to yoga's healing, transformational power over the course of days, months, and years.
Massage and therapeutic bodywork is a natural compliment to yoga. With massage and bodywork, just as with yoga, we are supported in feeling more comfortable and at home in our bodies and minds, even as we continue to grow and unfold.
